Skip sugary carbs which cause your insulin levels to skyrocket. Maintaining your levels througout the day is easy when you eat small meals periodically. Each meal should contain some source of protein usually eat 1.5 grams for every pound you weigh. An amount of protein resembling a deck of cards should be suffice every meal.

Stick to the tips above and you will realize they are the fastest way to gain muscle. Results should reveal themself in about 2-3 weeks, stay motivated and log what you eat and make adjustments accordingly.
